Funny Photos!

Well we are still trying to get those cute brother and sister photos but this is the type of stuff that keeps coming out. Well at least we can all laugh together. She loves to hold Claire but when she starts to fuss he just leaves...what about Claire. Well we have to grab her really quick!

Swimming Time

We had a blast when we went to the Biltmore for a little pool time. Thanks Ann for inviting us. I know that we made your stay oh so eventful as usual. Sean was a fish and loved to jump in the pool. His newest way to get into the pool is to run on the deck and jump in. What next?
Claire loved the water also but spent more time relaxing on the chairs.

Claire

Finally Claire is happy to be on her tummy once in a while. She is rolling over when she gets in the mood to get moving and we have to watch her because she has landed near the tile a couple times. She is fascinated by her toys that make the crinkle noise or anything that lights up.
She will grab her toys and start to play with them or put them in her mouth.
Just hanging out for a little tummy time!

Where has Our Baby Gone?

Claire is starting to practice her sitting. She is a bit wobbly but she is on her way to sitting straight up. She also has her leg warmer on because she is wiggling herself all over the floor. Those toes are too cute.
Now she is holding on to the bottle all by herself...look at me no hands needed from my mom...woohoo!

Claire is 5 Months

Claire has been our perfect baby through and through. Already she:
-eats rice cereal and orange vegetables
-knows what he bottle looks like and leans towards it, will lift her head up off the ground when laying on her back
-sits with support in a chair and is getting tons of tummy time when she is not flipping over
-loves to stand with support and bounce up and down using her legs
-rolls over front to back and back to front
-can roll and slither from one end of the room to the other (we never know where she is going to stop)
-sticks her butt up in the air and moves her legs forward ..has figured out arms and legs have to work together
-smiles constantly
-recognizes when her name is said
-sleeps through the night although may wake to have you put her pacifier back in
-grabs at a necklace or objects in front of her
-likes to look at vivid colors ad hear squeaking and rattling sounds
-loves the sling we now have and sits content
-does not like the Bumbo or anything that is too restrictive
-loves to swim in the pool and float around in the water..also loves her bathes
-laughs when you try to tickle her under her chin
Ok, I did this quickly...you get the point!

Finally Pics Together

Sean wanted to prove that he was taller than Claire.

Bribing Sean was a great idea to get some pictures last weekend. Here he is with Claire in our backyard trying to take some great sibling pics. Well in the end we got some great shots and a sucker was totally worth it.

Easter At A Glance

We had an Easter Brunch at the San Marcos Resort. It was so nice to relax on the patio and have some great food with friends and family.

Ann was holding Claire to help me out so I could eat. She walked her around and showed her the place on Easter. Claire was relaxed enough to take a nice little nap.

Sean, Alec, and Jake were dreaming of going into the resort pool and played a round of golf on the putting area while we ate our meal. They ran around and saw the Easter bunny.

Claire and Sean went to Ann's house to die our Easter eggs. Here Claire looks like a little chunker as she stared at the egg. Sean was excited because he had the blue and yellow die to do the eggs.
