It Is Confirmed

Well the lady that did our 13 week ultrasound was right on. Today we went to my 20 week doctor appointment and the results were "A GIRL!" So we are preparing the room for our little girl who should be here in mid November. Sean went to see the ultrasound today and kept pointing at the screen saying "baby." Everything looks great and is right on track.

Seeing Some New Faces

Sean has not been back to the Buffalo area since he was 2 months old. So he was able to see some of his family that he has not seen in a while. Above he is with his great-grandmother and great-aunt Janet. During our visit we were able to play, hang out, and eat some great hoagies. Sean still talks about the "coo-coo clock" (as he would call it) that would go off on the hour. Now all clocks are called "coo-coo clocks".
Sean ventured to Niagara Falls with his Aunt Katie and Grandma. He had to have his monkey leash on just in case he wanted to jump into the "pool". He actually enjoyed looking at the falls and did not try any daredevil stunts.
Sean was able to go over to his second cousin Alex's house and play for a couple hours. Sean loved all the toys they had and made a huge mess of Alex and Wyatt's bedroom. We were able to borrow some toys for Sean to play with while he was in town. Sean loved the Thomas the Tank train and the helicopter. Alex and Wyatt love the camera so it was easy to get pictures of them.
Here is a picture we have been waiting for since the last time Sean and his cousins were together when Sean was 2 months old. Sean loved to run around with Claudia and Taylor and our first night in town they acted like old buddies. They even sat on the chair and smiled for this picture.

Water Fun!

Uncle Dave and Aunt Amy took everyone out on their boat after the Fourth of July. We went very slow down the canal and ate a yummy lunch. Sean really enjoyed hanging out on the boat and eating snacks. There were so many ducks and geese that he had a ball looking at them. He became tired in the afternoon and fell asleep on the boat. I was surprised that he did not mind wearing the pink life vest.

Fantasy Island

Sean spent the day at Fantasy Island (a local amusement park in Buffalo, NY) while we were in Buffalo for some time in July. Although he was not totally thrilled with the big slide he managed to go down it twice while at the park.
Sean went on the cars that went in a circle. Later in the day he wanted to go on the motorcycle but he was not tall enough. He was very upset so we had to persuade him to try a different ride.
The airplanes were one of Sean's favorite rides. He still talks about going on the airplanes with his cousin Claudia. The other day we passed a replica of an airplane in downtown Chandler and he kept saying "airplane Claudia and Tay-Tay(his cousins)".
