Claire is now 1 year old. She is getting her little personality and if she wants something she is not afraid to stomp her feet and start to make a screaming noise to get it. Claire:
-weighs 22.15 lbs (we know this from the dr. appt. for the ear infection on her bday)
-loves to push around her baby stroller that she got for her bday (thanks Adrienne)
-still puts everything in her mouth especially the rocks at the park
-eats more than Sean (loves food)
-uses a sippy cup and drinks milk (no more bottles or formula)
-had 5 ear infections this year
-goes right down to sleep in her crib at night and listens to ocean music
-still loves her pacifier
-does not like to ride in the car in her car seat
-prefers to walk over the stroller
-loves to run to the street and fall off the curb
-wants to climb up the stairs on the playground structures
-will sit in a swing for hours and go back and forth
-is taking one to 2 naps each day
-tries to say the words you are saying
-loves to be chased around the house when you say you are going to get her
-wants to be where everyone is and will cry if you leave her in the house
-likes to kick the ball and play soccer with Sean
-opens up the drawers and pulls everything out/loves to pull books off the shelf
-will wave hi and bye, puts her hands up when she is done eating, and jumps in her crib when she wants to get out
-has to have a barrette in her hair or it is in her face
-broke the bulb off of Sean's night light and started to eat it which resulted in a sliced up lip
-loves to dance when the radio is on and clap her hands
-walks over to her pictures and says her name and points to herself
-if you tell her to get the ball she goes over and gets it (wow if Sean would listen like that)
-if wearing 18 month to 2T clothes because she has a little, fat belly
-wearing size 6 shoes
-wearing size 4 diapers (we just finished the 3's)
-starts to run when she know she has something she is not supposed to
-loves to be tickled, laugh, and be tipped upside down
-thinks it is a game to throw her food on the floor if she is done with it
-Is now in the "toddler" category......no more "baby" for you!
-Is too cute and so loving.....when you open your arms she runs over and gives you a big hug!
Claire was born in the afternoon on November 10, 2010. She weighed 7lbs 7oz and was 19.5 inches tall. She slept most of the time in the hospital and never fussed.
