Sean Moments

Sean loves to walk around the house and carry the paper with him just like his daddy.
We always have to make sure the door into the garage is deadbolted because Sean knows how to open the door and walk into the garage. He likes to scream really loud when he is in the garage to hear his voice echoing.
Surfing and standing on his toys is one of his favorite things to do right now. The other thing he loves to do is reach up and turn on all of the light switches.
Sometimes Sean gets stuck when he is playing. He could not get himself out of the chair and started to cry.

One Toy

It is funny how much excitement can come from just one toy.
Sean is showing us there are many ways to utilize his activity table. You can even sit on it, play the piano, and watch Baby Einstein at the same time.
Sean you are already 34 inches tall. Do you have to try to make yourself even taller? You can reach the light switches, use this table as a step, jump off the table to get onto the couch...what next?

At The State Fair

They had huge Lego blocks that the toddlers could build things with. Sean decided not to build but throw the blocks around with some other little kiddos.
Sean absolutely loves animals so pointing and making sounds like a goat were right up his alley. He was able to feed a camel, goat, and sheep. When the animals would lick his hand he would wipe his hands on his shirt. ....lovely!
We could not pass up these photo ops. The best thing about the fair was eating fried dough and fresh cut french fries. YUM!

Happy Halloween

Sean loved to eat the box of candies. He thought the box tasted really yummy so he did not bother with the candies.
Sean really was not sure what the protocol was for trick or treating was so he did several things when he walked to the door. He would either throw some candy from his pumpkin bucket at the people when they answered the door, give the candy back when he received it, try to walk into the house, or run away and throw his pumpkin on the ground so all the candy would land on their lawn. We has a awesome time laughing at all of the little things that Sean did to make trick or treating so much fun.
Sean was stuck in his wagon. Our little doggie had no where to go.

The end to a long fun filled evening of trick or treating. Sean and the gang headed back to the house to wrap up his first Halloween. Sean was a bit warm so he decided to show off his costume.

Carving Our Pumpkin

On Halloween we carved our pumpkin. Sean did not want to participate and put his hands in the gooey pumpkin. So he ran around the backyard.
After the pumpkin was carved he tried to find the knife and played in the gooey insides of the pumpkin.
Sean was much happier when he was sitting with the pumpkin before we tried to carve it.

Dolly Steamboat

Oops! I forgot to put this in last month. We went on the Dolly Steamboat on Canyon Lake at the end of October. Although we though Sean was going to jump off the side of the boat he actually had a great time.

He loved to talk to all the ladies that thought he was so cute on the boat and ring the bell which made a loud, high-pitched sound. I thought he would have a problem with the life preserver but he did very well with the big, awkward attachment to his outfit. He kept pointing to the rocks and yelling out at the water. It was a great outing and of course Sean ran around the boat like he was on fire.

The Great Pumpkin Patch

We had a great time with our friends at the pumpkin patch on Thursday, October 23rd. We took a hay ride, saw the farm animals, and walked through the pumpkin patch.
Too cute for words. MOO!
Sean was having such a fun time running around the pumpkins he fell on a piece of hay and had a big sliver in his hand. That made his time at the pumpkin patch a little uneasy.
Wow! I was actually able to take a picture of Sean standing still.
