Easter Egg Hunt

I had these ready to go but forgot to post them. Wow my brain is not with it lately. We went to 4 Easter egg hunts and as Sean did them he got better and better at finding the eggs. At one of the hunts he filled 3 baskets of eggs.

Yep, here is Sean jumping of rjoy because he is eating a huge stack of candy that he found in the eggs.
Chocolate was his favorite (of course) but he was willing to grab at anything he could get. At the end of the night when we brushed his teeth he would tell me to get all the candy out that he ate.
The weather was perfect for an egg hunt.
I think you get the idea!

Second Cousins in Town

My cousin came in town with her two boys and they totally hit it off with Sean. They spent the entire day playing and hanging out together like they were old friends. We have been able to see them several times since they arrived in Phoenix. We were laughing because Wyatt is one year older than Sean but Sean is bigger and taller than him. Sean looks like he is older.

Park Time

We strolled down to our community park for some play time and snapped these cool photos.
Sean just wanted to hang out with his little sister.

True Blue

Sean was drawing on the blue table.
Who can resist more pictures of Claire's bright blue eyes? She loves to smile and take pictures. He newest feat is rolling around the floor to get around and she has been pulling up her back legs. If she had some arm strength she would be moving all over the place. She loves to stand on her legs and look at everything going on.

Water World

Sean and Claudia practiced their slip and slide techniques. Claudia was trying to teach Sean to use the raft but all he wanted to do was sit under the water and drink it.
Claire had her first venture into a pool and loved it. Her little chunky legs would not stop kicking when she was in the water. It was like she was a natural at swimming.
Sean was so excited to swim in the water. He was jumping in and swimming all around with his floaty arms. We tried to take them off and spend some time practicing swimming skills.
Claudia and Sean relax after going on the slip and slide.

Claire is 4 Months

Claire went for her four month appointment on St. Patrick's Day. She is 25 inches long and weighs 14.7 pounds. Everything was looking good but she screamed the entire time the doctor checked her out. She refused to eat her rice cereal that morning so I knew something was wrong and she was not feeling very good. Come to find out she has an ear infection and needed antibiotics. She is still recouping from the ear infection and is not feeling her best.

Claire is:
-rolling from her front to her back and her back to her front still
-cooing like you would not believe
-smiling every time you talk to her
-laughs when you play peek-a-boo with her
-eating every ounce of her bottle and never resists
-having rice cereal for breakfast and lunch
-ate some carrots and sweet potatoes and loved them (the doctor said to hold off and do these in 2 weeks so we are just doing rice cereal)
-napping around 10 am each morning
-does not like to be in her crib
-wakes up to feed once each night, wakes mom up several times each night to give her the binky that fell out
-kicks her feet and makes her little seat bounce like crazy
-hates to be on her stomach for a long period of time
-can touch the floor in the Jump-a-roo but is not totally crazy about it yet
-loves to be held and kissed
-squirming all over and moving herself around her crib and off blankets

These are just a couple things to give you an idea of what our little cutie is doing.

Toy Town

Our moms group headed over to Toy Town for a fun morning of play. Sean was making a pizza at the little kiddo Dominoes Pizza place.
The kids got to eat pizza and have milk for lunch.
Sean found the Bob the Builder area and could not resist the safety goggles. Even if they are upside down.
Sean and Sophie played with the tools and tried to build a couple things together.
